Diageo Plc is quoted in the US and London Stock Exchanges while Guinness Ghana Breweries Ltd (the subsidiary) is quoted in the Ghana Stock Exchange.<br \/>\n<u><\/u><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Activation Executive IPS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>PURPOSE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Deliver Sustainable Competitive advantage for GGBL by:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Owning the implementation of IPS sales strategy pan Ghana<\/li>\n<li>Building into the formulation of trade strategies and manage their execution<\/li>\n<li>Winning at the MOC via Brilliant execution<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring IPS commercial score card targets are achieved as per sales strategy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Social Sciences, Business or Marketing<\/li>\n<li>A strong track record in Commercial roles ideally with experience in Sales and Customer or Consumer Marketing.<\/li>\n<li>A strong relationship builder with excellent influencing skills able to work with a diverse group of stakeholders. Strong cross functional team player.<\/li>\n<li>Strong executional skills within Sales and or Marketing, understands what it takes to get things done to a high standard and with rigor. Deep knowledge of Sales Drivers and Trade Investment is important.<\/li>\n<li>An in depth knowledge of the sales environment and people development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>ACCOUNTABILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>Contributing to the IPS commercial agenda as a member of the IPS Team.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring activity plan is sufficient to deliver on company\u2019s objectives and RTM is fully capable of delivering on activities requirements. Regional sales team are fully supported for brilliant execution<\/li>\n<li>Partner with the sales team to support and ensure brilliant execution of all tailored customer activities.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring all BTL activities are reflecting channel, shopper &amp; customer needs and are helping us to win with them.<\/li>\n<li>End to end JUBP process effectiveness &amp; discipline including quarterly activity planning cycle effectiveness<\/li>\n<li>Partner with the field sales force to ensure brilliant execution across trade for all IPS activities.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures activity tracking &amp; M&amp;E process for all IPS activities (Effective and on time) are ongoing.<\/li>\n<li>Shall be committed to selling and distributing only safe and quality products by following all instructions related to the Food Safety and Quality Management System.<\/li>\n<li>IPS activations are consistently compliant with DMC guidelines.
