It operates a network of more than 1,200 branches and outlets across more than 70 countries and employs around 87,000 people<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: CDD Analyst<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform eCDD of SME\u00ad New to bank customers on-boarding by\u037e<br \/>\nCustomer Due Diligence (CDD) over e\u00adCDD System for SME New to Bank customers.Analyze<\/li>\n<li>Analyze CDD done by Frontline staff and e\u00adCDD and highlight any discrepancies.Review<\/li>\n<li>Review and upload Account Opening forms and all other mandatory\/supporting documents required for account opening<br \/>\non to the e\u00adCDD system (0% tolerance)Ensure<\/li>\n<li>Ensure to keep CASA error rate within an acceptable range.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure smooth CST within an acceptable range.Ensure<br \/>\nfast TAT in executing the e\u00adCDDs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Roles and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To ensure activities are carried out with the maximum efficiency, security &amp; controls &amp; that service is provided to both internal &amp; external customers in accordance with agreed service standards.<\/li>\n<li>Design and suggest action plans for early closure of service issues &amp; continuous process improvements in order to enhance both processing efficiency and operational controls within CDD Operations Unit.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance of AML, CDD policies &amp; procedures in accordance with Group and Local Regulatory guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Highlight to Frontline staff if there are any discrepancies regarding e\u00adCDD and Manual CDD.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that quality work performed during performance of New to bank reviews<\/li>\n<li>Retrieve cases assigned to job holder and keep productivity log updated of completion status.<\/li>\n<li>Retrieve data from multiple system or hard copy sources and capture them within the e\u00adCDD system.<\/li>\n<li>To capture accurate CDD information\/ documents into eCDD and other required systems.<\/li>\n<li>Review data consistency across various documents and system data according to pre\u00adset guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>All work must be completed in strict adherence to operating manuals without deviations.<\/li>\n<li>To ensure CDD documents fulfill AML\/ CDD Procedures and local requirements for proper AML\/CDD control. .<\/li>\n<li>To effectively interact, communicate &amp; engage with all stakeholders i.e. CDD Advisor, CMLCO, Branch\/RM, ASU, Group FCC, AML, UORMs etc to<br \/>\nachieve the objectives of the unit.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure changes in processes are suggested after due discussions with all stakeholders or changes advised through email time to time.<\/li>\n<li>Tracking &amp; closure of all pending items with respective RM\/BM\/CMLCO\/CDD Advisor including PEPs etc<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that all stakeholders are updated on the sources of errors and problems (if any), and any outstanding issues which remain outstanding despite efforts so that appropriate action can be taken.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all service standards are maintained by the staff keeping the bank\u2019s integrity in mind.<\/li>\n<li>Qualifications and Skills No job description available Diversity and InclusionStandard Chartered is committed to diversity and inclusion.<\/li>\n<li>We believe that a work environment which embraces diversity will enable us to get the best out of the broadest spectrum of people to sustain strong business performance and competitive advantage.<\/li>\n<li>By building an inclusive culture, each employee can develop a sense of belonging, and have the opportunity to maximise their personal<br \/>\npotential<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Standard Chartered PLC is a British multinational banking and financial services company headquartered in London.
