{"id":247,"date":"2010-06-30T02:53:54","date_gmt":"2010-06-30T02:53:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=247"},"modified":"2010-10-21T17:50:03","modified_gmt":"2010-10-21T17:50:03","slug":"hippo-limited-ghana-transport-officer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/hippo-limited-ghana-transport-officer.html","title":{"rendered":"Hippo Limited Ghana Jobs: Transport Officer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong>The Person would report directly to the Transport Manager:<\/p>\n<p>Implementation of Transport policy approved by the management<br \/>\nEnsure that proper inventory of all components of vehicles are maintained and checked frequently<br \/>\nEnsure that the maintenance, oiling and servicing schedule of the vehicles is followed<br \/>\nStrictly act upon the petrol\/diesel filling mechanism approved by the management<br \/>\nKeep records\/history of drivers and accidents<br \/>\nMaintain duty roasters of drivers, cleaners and mechanics<br \/>\nArrange for re-training and re-certification of drivers and registration and re-certifications of vehicles<br \/>\nEnsure feedback on performance of staff, drivers, cleaners and mechanics after evaluation<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A good first degree in Mechanical Engineering, transportation, logistics<br \/>\nStrong managerial background in similar position<br \/>\nAt least two years of progressively responsible experience in transport operations<br \/>\nAge: 25 &#8211; 30 years<br \/>\nMust possess valid driver&#8217;s license<br \/>\nHigh proficiency in computer usage Word, Power Point, Excel<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested applicant should forward their CV&#8217;s and relevant certificates to the address below:<br \/>\nTHE MANAGING DIRECTOR<br \/>\nHIPPO LIMITED<br \/>\nP.
