Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n Job Title: Performance Improvement \u2013 Manager\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n The ideal candidate should have knowledge and experience of leading practices in the following areas:<\/p>\n Technical Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n 7+ years consulting or business\/industry experience in oil and gas or the mining industry (including international work experience) is a plus<\/p>\n Certified Lean and Six Sigma<\/p>\n Proven track record of delivering projects in the industry, including quality and process improvement, cost reduction, process design, asset and regulatory analytics<\/p>\n Experience in strategy development, managing senior stakeholders workshops, business case development, target operating model design and Experience in change and project management involving finance, supply chain and\/or procurement transformation projects<\/p>\n Project and program management experience<\/p>\n Excellent presentation and analytical skills<\/p>\n Experience in managing people and teams<\/p>\n Experience in business and proposal development<\/p>\n Educational and academic qualifications<\/p>\n A first degree in Science, Engineering, Business or Arts from a recognized University<\/p>\n Membership of an Institute in Ghana or abroad (advantageous)<\/p>\n Strong academic record including an advanced degree in Accounting, Economics Finance or a related field<\/p>\n Economics Finance or a related field<\/p>\n How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n Interested applicants may send their CVs and certificates to info@gh.ey.com\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" EY is a global professional services organization providing advisory, assurance, tax and transaction services.
