Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n Job Title: Marketing Specialist under Marketing Development Program<\/strong><\/p>\n To help deliver these solutions, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist with a passion for new business development and digital technology to join our Marketing Development Program (MDP) (m\/f) in Accra, Ghana.<\/p>\n The Role<\/strong><\/p>\n The MDP is an intensive learning program that supports a marketing specialist on the job to develop business and drive commercial strategies.<\/p>\n It is an opportunity to demonstrate not just marketing and selling skills in complex B2B markets but also leadership in a dynamic, multicultural environment.<\/p>\n During the program, the successful candidate will Identify new opportunities for the Dow portfolio by managing multiple projects in mapping various markets and implementing go-to-market strategies<\/p>\n Enhance his or her business acumen, along with analytical, project management and people skills, through a rigorous training curriculum<\/p>\n Learn how to utilize leading-edge technologies to understand trends, manage leads and execute communication campaigns<\/p>\n Get access to a coach for direct feedback and guidance<\/p>\n Connect with a vibrant team spread across Europe, Middle East, Africa and India<\/p>\n This is in preparation for a commercial career in Dow.
