\n Key responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:<\/strong><\/p>\n
\nPut action plans together for target achievement in conjunction with the Med Reps
\nDrive high performance culture & adhere to corporate policies as well as compliance with local laws
\nEnsure expenses are within limits of expense budgets
\nTrain, coach, mentor, develop staff and create a stimulating and motivating work place
\nConduct business analysis of designated region and submit sales reports & quarterly review to the GM
\nOrganise Sales Meetings & Cycle Meetings & identify key accounts & build relationships with customers
\nProvide leadership & personal involvement to maximise “market access” for strategic products
\nRequired Skills or Experience<\/p>\n
\n5 years Sales experience, and 3 years pharmaceutical background
\n3-5 years line management experience
