Our approach is to understand your needs, give you a menu of solutions and work with you to apply the best interventions for your company.<\/p>\n<p><strong>General Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Zormelo &amp; Associates is seeking highly motivated, numerate, articulate and meticulous individuals to place with its client in the financial services sector.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Teller Contract<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To give out outstanding performance through admirable customer service and transactional processing in a branch with a back office interface.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Service Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Undertake end to end cashier duties as well as managing timely cash evacuations and balancing of till.<\/li>\n<li>Identify when &amp; where to refer customers to an appropriate area of delivery for specialist help and advice<\/li>\n<li>Action any complaints received in accordance with procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver world class customer service practices and ensure adherence to the Bank\u2019s standards<\/li>\n<li>Advises customers on the bank\u2019s products<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Governance<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Comply with operational risk and rigour standards in respect of protecting people, customers, assets and the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with operational risk &amp; rigour requirements e.g. Health and Safety standards, security of premises etc.<\/li>\n<li>Comply with relevant legislation e.g. KYC, banking code service standards, fraud prevention and money laundering procedures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Quality<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain counter performance statistics for management information usage<\/li>\n<li>Achieve operational rigour excellence in all aspects of activities, processes and procedures undertaken to ensure a satisfactory audit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Social Responsibility<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in local events to support local needs, develop individual and team skills to raise the Bank\u2019s profile in the local community.<\/li>\n<li>Agree performance development objectives with the team leader.<\/li>\n<li>Pursue self-development to increase personal effectiveness, acknowledging strengths and areas for development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Partnership<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Achieve individual customer service targets and support the achievement of team targets by working within relevant service level agreements<\/li>\n<li>Provide cover for other Team member as and when it becomes necessary<\/li>\n<li>Constantly seek to improve ways of working by challenging the status quo and supporting an empowering climate within the team, sharing knowledge, experience, best practice and providing constructive feedback as required.<\/li>\n<li>Support and adopt the implementation of change initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Give leads to Sales Managers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An HND or a degree from a recognised university or equivalent professional qualification.<\/li>\n<li>Good numeracy skills<\/li>\n<li>Thoroughness<\/li>\n<li>Keyboarding \/ PC skills<\/li>\n<li>Team working<\/li>\n<li>Sensitivity<\/li>\n<li>A high level of drive and determination<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation e.g. KYC, money laundering, banking code, service standards, health and safety standards etc<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge and understanding of banking cash management and vault procedures<\/li>\n<li>Working understanding of technical systems e.g. Brains, FOS etc.<\/li>\n<li>Time management<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal and relationship skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good personal organisation skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Work Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Some previous experience in a Sales and Service-type role would be beneficial<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Additional details<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Visual concentration relating to screen-based work<\/li>\n<li>Manual dexterity relating to keyboarding activity<\/li>\n<li>Will be required to work flexibly across a range of processes and activities at a similar level<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Zormelo &amp; Associates is made up of an outstanding team of highly experienced and qualified permanent staff and associates who together work to add value to clients\u2032 businesses.
