Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n Job Title: Sales Manager (Sunyani, Kumasi)<\/strong><\/p>\n Duties of this role will include but not limited to:<\/strong><\/p>\n Sell the products and services of the company<\/p>\n Plan and recruit Sales Representatives<\/p>\n Training and Development of Sales Representatives.<\/p>\n Align business targets to individual targets of Sales Representatives<\/p>\n Set targets and manage Sales Representatives to achieve personal as well as branch and business sales targets<\/p>\n Plan and deliver on sales strategies to achieve targets<\/p>\n Provide field support to ensure Sales Reps sell from identifiable sources<\/p>\n Prepare and undertake sales presentations to individuals, groups and associations or corporate bodies<\/p>\n Prepare and submit daily\/weekly\/monthly reports to Branch Manager<\/p>\n Perform other duties as assigned by Branch Manager or the business<\/p>\n Required Skills or Experience<\/p>\n To be successful in this role, you need to have:<\/strong><\/p>\n A minimum of a first degree in any discipline<\/p>\n At least 5 years working experience in sales. Prior experience in the Insurance industry will be an advantage<\/p>\n Insurance industry will be an advantage<\/p>\n Building and managing teams<\/p>\n Team leadership and ability to motivate Sales Agents to achieve and exceed business targets<\/p>\n Excellent people management skills<\/p>\n Excellent communication and presentation skills<\/p>\n Excellent knowledge in use of ICT to manage and drive business performance<\/p>\n Strong work ethics and integrity in doing business<\/p>\n Must have drive and passion for Sales<\/p>\n A strong understanding and appreciation of organizational culture will be key to success<\/p>\n The ability to drive and must have a valid drivers license<\/p>\n How to Apply<\/strong> Candidates should indicate their region of preference when applying.
