The role reports to the Executive Director. The job has the following responsibilities;<\/p>\n<p>Communicate, coordinate, identify and solve problems coordination with the Executive Director<br \/>\nLiaise with partners, government and other stakeholder<br \/>\nPrepare monthly reports and plans<br \/>\nPrepare  annual budgets<br \/>\nEnsure budgetary control and operations are within the approved the budget<br \/>\nDesign, implement and facilitate training programs<br \/>\nPrepare training budget for management\u2019s approval<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>5 years relevant work experience in similar role<br \/>\nMasters degree from a recognized university<br \/>\nGood oral and written communication<br \/>\nStrong IT background in  MS Office Suite<br \/>\nGood proposal writing skills<br \/>\nExperience in community development is a  plus<br \/>\nProgramme management experience (preferably in the non-profit sector)<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please forward all CV\u2019s to <strong>cv@platogh.com<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The National Coordinator shall be responsible for the planning and coordinating of training and developmental needs of multiple clients.
