Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n Job Title: Onshore Planning Engineer<\/strong><\/p>\n Reporting to the Maintenance & Integrity Lead (FPSO KNK \/ FPSO JAM) in Accra company office<\/p>\n Duties & Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n Driving the Operations Team and facility planning processes, are responsible for planning and coordinating the materials, plant, equipment, and labour for O&M \/ Engineering and SD projects.<\/p>\n The owner of the O&M input\/co-ordination to the 5 years, 3 x years, 1 year & 90-day plan with assistance from Discipline Engineers and other Modec departments.<\/p>\n Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan<\/p>\n Onshore support & coordination to assist plan and organize monthly \/ 1 yearly and 3 yearly maintenance activities related to CMMS work order Maintenance.<\/p>\n Contribute to a positive working environment with a continued commitment to safety & assist the O&M team to the implementation of the business strategy, localization strategy and planning activities to achieve agreed targets to these standards and for HSEQ adherence, and development of FPSO operations culture.<\/p>\n That the Operations Planning is managed in accordance with the Client\u2019s business plan and to ensure the continued development of operations To support the O&M teams in the management of operational and maintenance budget, prepare cost estimates as required, control of costs<\/p>\n To support the O&M teams in O&M tendering preparations, prepare ITT\u2019s and seek input from Engineering disciplines as required<\/p>\n Required Skills or Experienc<\/strong>e<\/p>\n Bachelor Degree in relevant engineering discipline. Desirable Mechanical \/ Facilities Engineering.<\/p>\n Formal qualifications in Project Controls disciplines<\/p>\n Proven experience on CMMS management, Project planning preparation, shut down preparation and planning<\/p>\n 6 x years\u2019 experience in the hydrocarbon or offshore oil & gas industry planning role.<\/p>\n With at least 3 x years involved in an FPSO role preferred<\/p>\n Interpersonal skills, ability to deal with a continuously changing and demanding environment and large number of activities within short time scales.<\/p>\n Competent in planning software such as Microsoft Project and preferably Primavera P6. Skills to work with other planning tools \/ systems like CMMS Maximo and MS office, MS Project<\/p>\n The ability to work as part of a team.
