Keegan Resources (Gh) Ltd recruits<strong> Chartered Accountant<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The focus of the role will be to provide advice to the business in relation to accounting, finance, tax and other compliance (Sarbanes Oxley) and internal control requirements. The successful candidate will be involved in:<\/p>\n<p>Month end processing and reconciliations<br \/>\nMonth and quarterly Business Activity Statement reports<br \/>\nPreparing the year-end statutory accounts<br \/>\nManaging the half-year and year-end audits<br \/>\nLiaise with regulatory bodies (SSNIT, VAT and IRS)<br \/>\nPreparation of financial analysis and reporting as required<br \/>\nPreparation of budget, forecasting, and cost incurred analysis, etc<br \/>\nContinuous process improvement initiatives within the company<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting,CPA\/CA qualified<br \/>\nPreferably should have at least six (6) years of proven experience in a related role in the mining sector<br \/>\nExceptional technical accounting and computer skills<br \/>\nStrong communication, project management and leadership skills are essential<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Submissions are being sought for applications (cover letter and curriculum vitae) from applicants who meet the following criteria.
