\n\u2022 Champion the formulation and implementation of strategies, plans, and programs for the delivery of the bank\u2019s products targeted at the Bank\u2019s customers and generate revenue.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Provide customers with solutions that leverage a full range of the Bank\u2019s products & services
\n\u2022 Partner with Banking Services, the Risk Management Group & other stakeholders to provide exceptional service to customers
\n\u2022 Ensure achievement of monthly and annual targets
\n\u2022 Ensure zero tolerance for inactive\/dormant accounts
\n\u2022 Profiling of customers, conversion of incomplete records and providing market insights for strategic initiatives
\n\u2022 Ensure branch operating cost is within approved budget. Convincing and negotiating with customers to buy the Bank\u2019s products & services
\n\u2022 Overall responsibility for the drive for deposit mobilization, LAD, FX and enhance profitability
\n\u2022 Manage and deepen relationships with both existing and prospective customers
\n\u2022 Ensure effective risk asset appraisal, disbursement, and monitoring
\n\u2022 Provide overall guidance and direction in the execution of the branch functions and activities and manage all staff in the branch to achieve increased value creation, a volume of business and enhanced profitability for the bank
\n\u2022 Prepare periodic management report on activities of the team at Monthly performance reviews
\n\u2022 As part of the Bank\u2019s information security requirements and comply with the principles and policies in the information security handbook<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Minimum of 5 years experience in retail\/business banking
