Our project, fortune city covers an approximate land area of 150 acres located at Donkunah, a location which is touted to be the future hub of Accra, and many socioeconomic, technological and residential activities. The fortune city comprises various house types including apartment, 2 storey detached and semi-detached houses with recreational facilities such as swimming pools, tennis court, gym restaurants and bar, Club house among others. There are infrastructural amenities such as concrete roads, electricity, water, covered underground rain storm drains, the internet, solar powered street lighting system, and a pedestrian walkway fully constructed. The fortune city has a good topography with high areas which would allow our clients a nice view over the McCarty hills and other parts of Accra. The entire project has been divided into various phases of gated communities with each community having its own facilities to make life more convenient for our homeowners. The development and sale of the first gated community (DIAMOND VILLA) is ongoing with about 60% out of 97 houses to be constructed, with 70% occupancy.<\/p>\n
