\n\u2022 Responsible for the achievement of monthly and annual targets of the unit
\n\u2022 Develop new businesses within the Public Sector
\n\u2022 Assist the Group in its drive for deposit mobilization, LAD.
\n\u2022 FX and enhance profitability within segment
\n\u2022 Ensure efficient service and maintenance of existing customers
\n\u2022 Generate new revenue opportunities from existing & prospective customers within the sector
\n\u2022 Structure credit facilities to meet customer needs in line with bank\u2019s policies
\n\u2022 Ensure compliance with the guidelines and procedures on \u201cKnow your Customer\u201d for account opening and guidelines for operational risk management
\n\u2022 Build, nurture and assist team members in the unit. Create and direct long term relationships both internally and externally<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 5 years general banking experience
\n\u2022 Sound knowledge of general banking law and practices
\n\u2022 Experience in lending proposition preparation\/processing, competence in analysis of financial information and forecasting
\n\u2022 High marketing\/selling proficiency
\n\u2022 Strong interpersonal\/communication skills
\n\u2022 Sales targeting and cost budgeting
\n\u2022 Monitoring and reviewing sales performance\/analysis
\n\u2022 Good team leadership qualities
\n\u2022 Good negotiation and decision-making skills
\n\u2022 A self-starter with a high degree of initiative<\/p>\n
