\nYou will report to the Country Manager of Ghana<\/p>\n
\nSupport customers for any requests in logistics and documents.
\nCommercial and administrative support of account managers.
\nAging customers.
\nProcess purchase orders.
\nMonitor purchase orders until goods are received at the warehouse in Ghana.
\nCommunication with suppliers in Europe.
\nPrepare documentation for foreign payments.
\nStock reconciliations.
\nFollow up on (Narcotics Control Board) NACOB permits.
\nFollow up on product registration with food and drug administration.
\nWork together with account managers, logistic, account department, and warehouse.<\/p>\n
\nYou are enthusiastic, determined, highly-motivated and have excellent communication skills.
\nYou are accurate, attentive to details, problem-solving and self-organized.
\nYou are a team player, with strong interpersonal skills<\/p>\n
\nYou have solid knowledge of Microsoft Office.
\nSap experience is an advantage but not a must.
\nIdeally based in Tema<\/p>\n
