\nCollate and analyse media coverage;
\nOrganize all events including relevant local community outreach programs in line with strategy and provide a written report upon completion.
\nSupport with writing and editing in-house newsletters, speeches, articles and annual reports;
\nSupervise the production of publicity brochures, flyers, jingles and promotional videos;
\nMaintain and update information on the organisation\u2019s website;
\nManage the institution\u2019s hotline and respond effectively to issues that arise.
\nManage and update information and engage with users on social media.
\nMarket and handle the communication of product features and their benefits to all stakeholders (staff, clients, media).<\/p>\n
\nHandle specific market research for the Business Units of the Institution;
\nManage data collection projects while keeping to paper and electronic mailing deadlines.
\nCollect regular feedback from clients to evaluate impact of the institution\u2019s activities on their businesses and in their lives;
\nPrepare written, tabular and visual materials for research reports and presentations;
\nHandle and protect confidential and sensitive data with integrity.
\nAny other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor in relation to the position.<\/p>\n
\n1 \u2013 2 years related work experience<\/p>\n
\nStrong spoken and written communications skills;
\nCapacity and will to learn new software, research methods, and work routines quickly, under the mentorship of Head, Corporate Affairs, Research and Customer Experience;
\nFlexibility in responding to new research opportunities as they arise;
\nStrong existing computer skills with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)and general Internet and electronic communications.
\nArticulate and tactful communications skills; readiness to meet and work directly with clients.<\/p>\n
