Individual to be based in Ghana, however, Fluency in French is a Must!<\/p>\n<p><strong><span class=\"field_label\">Description<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Technical Sales Manager (329370\/001) Ghana<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities for the Technical Sales Manager:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and maintain a close technical \/ engineering relationship with key clientele.<\/li>\n<li>Mine site Audit, give the best recommendation for site maintenance and the product to be used.<\/li>\n<li>TKPH calculation<\/li>\n<li>Upload end-users profile details and performance data on management system<\/li>\n<li>Analyze\u00a0tires performance issues, and inspect claim tires.<\/li>\n<li>Build and develop Distributor technical teams.<\/li>\n<li>Perform training to end-users &amp; distributor teams, both in class and hands on at the site.<\/li>\n<li>Interface with Marketing, Sales, and Development.<\/li>\n<li>To create factual performance data through regular site surveys, weight and temperature studies when needed<\/li>\n<li>Continually update the technical data for each assigned mine through a designated report.\u00a0 This report will be sent to development, sales, and marketing.<\/li>\n<li>Write NPD\u2019s, PIR, etc. when required for improved performance when the company does not have the right fit for\u00a0the requirement or when mine profile changes.<\/li>\n<li>Arrange for the viewing and inspection of all\u00a0products.<\/li>\n<li>Identify, coordinate and collate data from tire performance issues for the region and report to development.<\/li>\n<li>Train all mine personnel on applications and maintenance of products.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct market analyses, including market trends, unit market forecasts, competitor activity and opportunities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key skills and qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working with product service\/warranties.<\/li>\n<li>Sound understanding of targeting mines across West Africa.<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated.<\/li>\n<li>Customer service oriented.<\/li>\n<li>Team Player.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to interact professionally with a variety of personalities.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to identify problems and find solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Competent in use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.<\/li>\n<li>Possess sound communications skills and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Possess\u00a0organizational skills with the ability to assess, priorities and handle many tasks simultaneously.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent time management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to travel.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English and French.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Should you feel your skills and expertise match the above job description, please feel free to send through your CV.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Robert Walters is a global, specialist professional recruitment consultancy.
