As a courier, you will be responsible for riding to and from designated locations, maintaining records of duty status according to our regulations and also ensuring that documents or parcels are delivered in a professional, cost effective and appropriate manner aiming at increasing profitability and customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n Job Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n Inspect motor bike for defects and safe operating condition before, during and after work and submit a written report on the condition of the motor bike at the end of each day. \nOperate the motor bike in a safe and effective manner in order to minimize the risk of injury, property damage or loss of life.
\nApply knowledge of commercial riding skills in maneuvering motor bike at varying speeds in difficult situations, such as heavy traffic and must also be able to operate it in any weather condition.
\nEnsure address on package matches up to the delivery address.
\nAssist with sales and marketing efforts.
\nMaintain logs of documents\/parcels delivered.
\nAsk for feedback on provided services and resolve clients\u2019 complaints.
\nAnalyze delivery address, determine appropriate routes and maintain the schedule.
\nSort items to be delivered according to the delivery route.
\nCheck back with the office after completed deliveries, in order to confirm deliveries, collections and to receive instructions for other deliveries.
\nProvide special care in delivering a fragile and hazardous product.
\nWork with support team to provide exceptional customer services and address customer concerns.
\nPromptly report any delays due to breakdowns or other emergencies or in the event of irregularities relating to pickup or delivery.
\nPerform all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures, and comply with all state and local regulations for a safe operation.<\/p>\n
