\nOversee building structure, operations and maintenance of all equipment and utility systems such as Power, Fire Protection System, Precision Cooling,
\nComfort Cooling, UPS, Inverters, Rectifiers, Biometrics, etc.;
\nEnsure 100% availability of power and manage the diesel supply and replenishment process.
\nEnsure building and facilities are kept at high level of maintenance and that all SLAs are adhered to.
\nRespond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and dealing with the consequences
\nEnsure the building meets health and safety requirements and that facilities are kept clean at all times and ensuring safety standards are adhered to by all staff
\nProject management, supervising and coordinating contracted projects as well as preparing documents for tenders where necessary
\nCalculate and compare costs for required goods or services to achieve maximum value for money
\nCheck that agreed work by staff or contractors has been completed satisfactorily and following up on any deficiencies
\nProcurement of work tools and spares for efficient running of the facilities
\nPreparation of method of operation manuals for all systems within the CLS and PoP
\nCoordinate the activities of all Power\/Facility Engineers
\nManage all SLA between Main One and her Service Contractors
\nRelate with the public power company to ensure reliability and quality of public power supply and ensure power related problems are fixed within the shortest possible time
\nManage and control the maintenance cost by ensuring the Facility Operations Expenses are within agreed budgets<\/p>\n
\nPrepare accurate weekly\/monthly project, operations reports
\nDevelop and maintain, from time to time, strategies for continuous performance improvement.<\/p>\n
\nMinimum of 5 years\u2019 industry experience
