\nteam and ensure the company\u2019s finance function is organized, efficient and produces accurate and timely financial and management reports.
\nSpecific responsibilities include:-
\nLead in the Implementation of sound financial management systems.
\nDevelop, implement, and maintain adequate internal controls.
\nImplementation of the Finance strategy, performance objectives, operational plan, policies and procedures relating to the financial management of the company.
\nEnsure complete documentation, filing and retrieval system.
\nPrepare, implement and monitor budgets, forecasts and cash flows.
\nCoordinates the annual audit of the company\u2019s financial reports.
\nLiaise with statutory reporting authorities to comply with statutory payment and reporting requirements.
\nCoordinate the day to day finance, treasury and accounting functions of the company.
\nSupervise and participate in the preparation of various financial statements.
\nDirect the maintenance of general and subsidiary ledgers, accounts receivables, accounts payable, revenue distribution and cost management functions of the company.
\nAccurate and timely monthly financial reports (Profit and Loss Accounts, Cash flow statement, balance sheet); budget versus actual, and variance
\nanalysis reporting.<\/p>\n
\nEnsure monthly, quarterly and end of year reports on the performance of the Corporate and Business Affairs Unit are submitted to the General Manager
\nand Managing Director.
\nYou will also perform any other duties\/ jobs assigned by Management from time to time.<\/p>\n
\nMinimum of a Degree in Accounting\/Finance and be a certified Chartered Accountant.
\nMinimum of ten (10) years working experience in an accounting\/finance role
\nExperience working in a bi-cultural environment\/multinational company.
\nStrong business knowledge.
\nEffective and excellent communication skills (oral, written and presentation).
\nComputer literate \u2013 proficient in the use of Sage Accounting software or any other accounting software and MS Office Suite.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
