Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n

Job Title: Receptionist<\/strong><\/p>\n

Role Overview:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 The Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk and provide secretarial\/administrative
\nservices to the office and official meetings in an effective and efficient manner.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Manage the front desk and provide reception and secretarial services
\n\u2022 Handle guests\u2019 inquiries and provide relevant documents\/guide in collaboration with appropriate unit
\n\u2022 Draft relevant administrative memos and letters
\n\u2022 Prepare memos for processing invoices and bills
\n\u2022 Organize outgoing and incoming mails\/documents efficiently for distribution as appropriate.
\n\u2022 Manage the official notice board and display official communications and information in an attractive manner
\n\u2022 Make reservations for use conference room, hotel accommodation and conference facilities for workshops
\n\u2022 Coordinate workshop activities and logistics and ensure return of relevant materials after the workshop
\n\u2022 Provide efficient logistics support for meetings<\/p>\n

Qualification Required & Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 The Candidate must hold at least HND in Secretaryship with 2 years\u2019 relevant experience<\/p>\n

Technical<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Knowledge of basic communication principles
\n\u2022 Knowledge of front desk management techniques
\n\u2022 Knowledge of basic administrative principles
\n\u2022 Proficient in use of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and outlook
\n\u2022 Ability to use telephone console
\n\u2022 Ability to write reports and minutes<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 Punctuality
\n\u2022 Emotionality

Job Circumstances: A three (3) year renewable employment contract on national terms and conditions is applicable.
\nMonthly Base Salary: GH\u00a2 1,558.00
\nLocation: Accra<\/p>\n
