Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n

Job Title: Health Assistant<\/strong><\/p>\n

Job Purpose:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Health Assistant will support the activities of the Health Manager based on the Company\u2019s Health guidelines and procedures and, in line with guidelines set out by the Management.<\/p>\n

Main responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Manage inventory, including expiry dates of drugs
\nResponsible for the procurement of drugs and non-medical consumables
\nAssist in the design and implementation of health promotion activities
\nMonitor the health insurance provider
\nReport data into the Health Information System on a quarterly and semestral basis (HEIS, GIPSI or ARAMIS etc.)
\nMonitor and follow up on fitness to work medical exams schedule and liaise with WARA Medical Provider for booking.
\nRedact communication documents on health and HR activities
\nLiaise with nurse and supervise all records keeping and medical charts
\nCo-operate and assist the Health Manager in developing\/editing the Workplace Procedures
\nCollect health data on a monthly basis from the first aid room, WARA, Onshore and Offshore sites
\nPerform health inductions to personnel on short mission (using video and\/or PPT prepared by HMGR)
\nMonitor and assist in the implementation of Global Health & Community Health activities
\nReplenish items in the first aid kits
\nMonitor emergency equipment on a monthly basis
\nMust be available for survey missions in remote sites
\nMonitor and follow up on Eni foundation<\/p>\n

Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

Candidate Specification
\nCandidate must have experience in the Health Sector, Pharmacy, Public Health and HR Administration.<\/p>\n

Minimum Requirements:<\/strong>
\nDiploma in Public Health or Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Health or higher cultural background
\nMinimum 3 years operational experience in the Health Sector.
\nMust be efficient in Excel, Word & PowerPoint
\nShould be able to communicate effectively in English and have observational skills
\nCandidate must be flexible and adaptable to the different kind of tasks<\/p>\n
