\n\u2022 Conducting internal branch audits.
\n\u2022 Ensuring the adherence to all Izwe policies and procedures within Branches.
\n\u2022 Training and implementation of corrective measures with regards to Izwe policies and procedures, customer services and sales training.
\n\u2022 Driving sales in the branches (walk-ins and ISE) and management of each branches sales activities
\n\u2022 Training of staff and ISE\u2019s in various facets of the business (Credit Ease, ISE recruitment, skills training and retention, sales, customer services etc)
\n\u2022 Ability to generate reports and statistics for executive management identifying trends, problems and provide regular written and verbal general feedback to head of operations
\n\u2022 Hold and chair regular meetings with Branch Managers and staff
\n\u2022 Occasionally be required to sit in and present finding to management
\n\u2022 Any other tasks allocated by management
\n\u2022 Identify specific branch operational weaknesses and threats and communicate with head office for providing strategic support when needed
\n\u2022 Keep abreast with branch statistics and external environment development and propose change in branch or regional strategy when needed
\n\u2022 Follow up on Branch performance and provide the needed support on a regular basis to meet set targets
\n\u2022 Quarterly reporting on performance and strategy of assigned region
\n\u2022 Ensure general compliance of processes and procedures in the branches by performing regular checks of files and preparing reports
\n\u2022 Identify new markets in the area for the purpose to the Head of Branch Operations<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Experience in similar position will be advantageous
\n\u2022 Excellent knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft Word and Excel essential (Credit East experience preferred)<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Ability to lead and manage branches and teams
\n\u2022 Valid driver\u2019s license
\n\u2022 Willingness to travel for long periods of time (up to 5 days continuously and 3 weeks per month in total every month)
\n\u2022 Excellent communication skills
\n\u2022 Ability to write reports and provide feedback to executive management
\n\u2022 Positive attitude
\n\u2022 Excellent management skills
\n\u2022 Accurate and fast worker
