\nManaging project execution and ensuring assigned projects to adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
\nConsulting with clients to define and clarify project requirements, budgets, and statements of work.
\nCreating and updating project plans with information such as project objectives, specifications, schedules, staffing, funding and other resources.
\nTracking and monitoring project milestones and deliverables.
\nAssigning work to appropriate team members and ensuring that they are fully informed of their objectives, goals and expectations.
\nEvaluating the performance of project team members.<\/p>\n
\nCoordinate internal resources and third parties\/vendors for the successful implementation of projects
\nOrganise and run workshops and follow up activities with all relevant stakeholders to ensure business and technical requirements are fully understood prior to development beginning.
\nEnsure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget<\/p>\n
\nManage relationships with all involved stakeholders (IT teams, business representatives, and software vendors)
\nManage project risks and issues
\nChallenge requirements to ensure design of efficient solutions
\nCreate and maintain project documentation together with the project team
\nMaintain quality by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
\nCollaborate closely with technical development teams (internal and external)<\/p>\n
\nProject management skills
\nTeam player used to collaborate with internal and external teams
\nStrong organizational and time management skills
\nStructured and efficient way of working
\nAbility to motivate people
\nUnderstanding of software engineering processes to engage with development teams
\nEnglish and German written and spoken<\/p>\n
\nExperience in banking\/finance industry
\nExperience in a digital environment (preferred)
\nAvaloq knowledge and programming experience are an advantage
\nBanking applications CR2 and T24<\/p>\n
