\nMonitor and supervise all credit unions.
\nProvide educational services and technical assistance to all Credit Unions within your jurisdiction
\nAdvocate and promote CUA and credit unions\u2019 activities in the area of jurisdiction.
\nSubmit a consolidated monthly and a quarterly report to the General Manager
\nMake presentations at credit unions for.
\nBe an adviser and a secretary to the Chapter Committee.<\/p>\n
\nA good first degree preferably in Administration
\nA Minimum of three (3) years of relevant post qualification working experience in the related field.
\nMust be Computer literate
\nA knowledge in Credit Union Operations is an advantage
\nMust have good managerial and supervision experience
\nAbility to provide excellent leadership
\nA good team player with a high sense of commitment and honesty
\nAbility to relate and work with people from diverse background
\nHave experience in meeting strict deadlines
\nMust be enduring, self-motivating and able to work for long hours without additional remuneration
\nMust have eyes for details and analytical skills
\nExperience in monitoring and assessing the performance of organizations<\/p>\n
