\n\u2022 Motor Bearing
\n\u2022 Oil Seal
\n\u2022 Indicator replacement
\n\u2022 Push Button LED and button replacement
\n\u2022 Door Shoes, Safety Edge, Brake shoe
\n\u2022 Door sensor, Encoders, Tape Guides, etc.
\n\u2022 Electrical and Electronic Materials and Equipment.
\n\u2022 Proven work experience as an Electrical Technician
\n\u2022 Generators 6KVA \u2013 10000KVA
\n\u2022 Solar Systems( PV cells)
\n\u2022 CCTV systems, Smoke Detectors, and Fire Alarm systems
\n\u2022 UPS and AVR\u2019s
\n\u2022 Domestic and Industrial Wiring.
\n\u2022 Experience in industrial electrical systems
\n\u2022 Demonstrable ability to use electrical and hand tools
\n\u2022 Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations
\n\u2022 Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability
\n\u2022 A high level of knowledge in electrical systems<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Good understanding of electrical, electronic and mechanical system
\n\u2022 Assess the job site, identify and resolve any potential hazards
\n\u2022 Does any and all electrical works needed to connect Elevators, UPS,AVR\u2019s and solar system to electric grid. This includes proper grounding systems, controls and all testing necessary.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Experience: 5- 10 years<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Advanced computer literacy skills
\n\u2022 Good communications skills
\n\u2022 Able to work under pressure
\n\u2022 Good Interpersonal skills and a Team player<\/p>\n
