Kumasi Archdiocese is seeking the services of Two Managers to manage its two Investments Units in the Kumasi Metropolis.<\/p>\n
Key responsibilities will include coordinating all Administrative and Investment decisions for the Investment Units. The position requires exercising independent judgement to solve Administrative related challenges while maintaining a high level of integrity, accountability, and transparency in all Financial and Managerial dealings. The Manager will be responsible for maintaining the Archdiocese image and supervise all staff of the unit<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 Using SWOT analysis to write proposal for approval of the board for improvement of the Unit Operations and Finances
\n\u2022 Writing Monthly Reports of the Operations of the Unit
\n\u2022 Liaze with the Archdiocese and the Board of the Unit to develop Managerial tools to improve the fortunes of the Unit
\n\u2022 Strategizing to ensure that the Unit has competitive edge
\n\u2022 Setting 90-day Performance Objectives of all employees of the Unit
\n\u2022 Reviewing the 90-day performance review of all staff
\n\u2022 Setting Annual Performance Objectives of all employees
\n\u2022 Reviewing the Annual Performance Objectives of all staff
\n\u2022 Reviewing and approving all Financial and Accounting Transactions of the Unit
\n\u2022 Supervise the Accountant to ensure that financial Integrity of the unit remains intact
\n\u2022 Having Overall Administrative responsibilities of the Unit<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 The Candidate must be HND or First Degree Holder in Management, Administration, Commerce or similar qualification from Recognised Tertiary Institution
\n\u2022 Knowledge in MS word, Excel and Power Point
\n\u2022 Fluent in written and spoken English is required
\n\u2022 Strong analytical skills and ability to write good reports
\n\u2022 Experience in Managing field Office preferably Pharmaceutical, Hospitality Home or related work<\/p>\n
