\nDemonstrate in depth knowledge in CIP\/CIL operations.
\nImplement business improvement ideas that ensure continuous improvements of our operations.
\nEnsure compliance with the ICMI code. ISO 1400 I :2004 and OHSAS 1800 I in the treatment section of the plant as well as maintaining the highest
\nstandards in terms of environmental and safety.
\nEnsure the various KPl\u2019s (mill throughput, milling efficiency, cyclone efficiencies, recovery, gold target, etc.) of the plant are achieved.
\nEnsure daily and monthly lime consumption is run to achieve the optimum requirements for Leaching.
\nEnsure daily and monthly Sag Mill and Ball Mill steel ball consumption are run to achieve the optimum power and grind.
\nWork closely with the process control group with regards to operational changes and troubleshooting of circuit deficiencies.<\/p>\n
\nCertified by Inspectorate Division of the Mineral Commission of Ghana as a Process Supervisor\/Engineer.
\nCompetent in operating at least one (1) heavy duty equipment (e.g. Loader, Forklift, Backhoe).
\nMust be able to troubleshoot and provide real time solution to challenging production and metallurgical issues in processing plant.
\nGood knowledge in computer application especially the use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.<\/p>\n
