\n\u2022 Acts as a direct liaison between the EC on behalf of Management
\n\u2022 Offers tailored and expert advice to the EC on all matters relating to the organisation
\n\u2022 Ensures the organisation is appropriately organised and staffed and has the authority, in consultation with the EC, to hire and fire staff as necessary
\n\u2022 3.5: Oversees the fiscal and\/or other committees and facilitates discussions and deliberations
\n\u2022 Ensures effective and efficient management of stakeholder relationships and reconciles potential conflicts of interest
\n\u2022 Leads the development of sustainable partnership with local, international, government and Non-governmental Organisations (NGOs) with similar aims and objectives
\n\u2022 Ensures the development and enforcement of an effective system of discipline
\n\u2022 Performs other duties as assigned by the EC
\n\u2022 Scala activities of the Organisation including budgeting, reporting and audit in accordance with the prevailing financial regulations
\n\u2022 Ensures the preparation and submission to the EC, annual and other reports of the Organisation
\n\u2022 Ensures a sustainable collaboration among members of the organisation and partnership with supervising agencies for the benefit of members and the association
\n\u2022 Leads the development and implementation of the Organisation\u2019s strategic plans and programmes and ensures the implementation of decisions of the EC
\n\u2022 Supervises and appraises subordinates
\n\u2022 Identifies challenges and opportunities of the organisation and addresses them, brings those which are appropriate to the EC.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 A post-graduate degree and experience in banking, financial administration and\/or accounting will be an advantage<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Good knowledge of Ghana\u2019s NGO and business environment
\n\u2022 Extensive leadership, networking, planning and management skills
\n\u2022 Excellent communication and presentation skills
\n\u2022 Negotiating, lobbying, advocacy and conflict resolution skills
\n\u2022 Good knowledge of organisational development and team building
\n\u2022 Good knowledge of finance, procurement, budgeting and auditing regulations
\n\u2022 Good working knowledge of computer applications
\n\u2022 Good knowledge of monitoring and evaluation methodologies
\n\u2022 Strategic planning, quantitative and analytical skills
\n\u2022 Creative and independent problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented approach to opportunities and challenges<\/p>\n
