\n\u2022 Organising and overseeing the manufacturing process and assessing quality of operations
\n\u2022 Reporting on quality control, stock management and the performance of the different sites
\n\u2022 Assessing all raw material suppliers and equivalent possible production in order to ensure production up time
\n\u2022 Validating all new products required for production on various production lines
\n\u2022 Handling the smooth running of the production line as well as quality output
\n\u2022 Ensuring the production process complies with standards, the production is cost effective, products are produced on time and in good quality and that health and safety guideline are adhered to at all times
\n\u2022 Troubleshooting all problems on production lines and implementing root cause analysis<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Must be able to do validations, product development, improvement of processes and production implementation of new products
\n\u2022 Must have excellent analytical and problem solving skills
\n\u2022 Must be excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
\n\u2022 Must be able to work independently as well as within a team
\n\u2022 Strong organizational and time management skills are essential
\n\u2022 Excellent communication of both the written and spoken English language is essential
\n\u2022 Computer literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft packages<\/p>\n
