University of Cape Coast recruits <strong>Manager (Sasakawa Guest House)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>These two Universities will work with the United States Department of Agriculture to provide the Economic Growth Office of the USAID\/Ghana Mission Technical Assistance for its economic growth and food security programs. This project began in 2010 and may continue through September, 2013, depending on funding from the U.S. Government. The duration of the employment agreement with the University of Cape Coast will be determined by the availability of funds for the METSS Project.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Candidates must  possess a minimum of First Degree in Tourism or Hospitality Management with less than two (2) years&#8217; post-qualification experience in a large Hotel, Restaurant or a Hospitality Establishment<br \/>\nPreference will be given to persons who, in addition to the above qualification, possess Higher National Diploma (HND) in Hotel, Catering and Institutional Management Candidates must be Computer Literate<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Person:<\/strong><br \/>\nA self-motivated, honest and efficient person with good human relations; marketing oriented with proven leadership skills and a track record of positive achievement, he\/she must a good team player with understanding of cost-control measures<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested candidates should apply and attach photocopies of their certificates and current Curriculum Vitae and names of three referees.
