\nBachelor\u2019s Degree in Information and Communications Technology with 3 years or more progressive responsibility in the role.

\nAbility to plan and organize effectively, establish and maintain effective working relationship with guests and colleagues
\nCommitment to delivering a high level of customer service and able to work under pressure
