Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n Job Title:\u00a0Regional Representative-West Africa (HVAC)\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Maintain a good understanding of the market place including major competitive product lines, Identify key market trends and competitive issues and opportunities. Participate in new product development teams to provide field sales input. Work with product management in the development, implementation, and operation of consistent, data-driven pricing strategy, and tactics. Assist with the resolution of critical customer and product issues. \nmarket strategies, system types and relative costs. Effectively communicate this information with the rep, product managers, and other functional areas. Provide product and competitive feedback

\nSpearhead off the shelf distributor sales to clients
\nIdentify, target and win medium to large scale project contracts across the regional market
\nConsistently provide product quotations on request to meet the demands of potential clients
\nDevelop bid strategies and to optimize the product bill of material working with application engineering. Act as point of contact for critical to close
\nopportunities.<\/p>\n
\npotential problems.
\nRecommend, promote and attend product training classes and customer trips provided by the company in and for the region\u2019s equipment
\nrepresentatives.
\nTravel to rep offices in support of product sales, training, and product promotion.<\/p>\n
\nMinimum of 7 years of sales experience in the HVAC industry
\nMust be fluent in both English and French
\nDemonstrated sales success \u2013 energized by meeting or exceeding sales goals<\/p>\n
\nOutstanding relationship management, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
\nWillingness to travel extensively throughout the territory
\nMust be able to drive
