Job Title: Resourcing Advisor<\/strong><\/p>\n

Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

Responsible for the life cycle of the recruiting process (attraction through to offer acceptance) using company recruitment strategies, processes, and policies to support hiring talent into the business in an efficient and effective way;
\nKeep up to date with developments and trends in the market and new initiatives in the recruitment field;
\nDevelop Talent map of candidates in Ghana and aboard
\nProduce weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on talent pipeline.
\nDevelop good working relationships with HR Operations and line managers in individual portfolios, recruitment agencies and other external service providers;
\nDevelop good networks and contacts in order to develop a pipeline of potential candidates;
\nAdvise best recruitment channels for each role and post positions accordingly on internal\/external career sites, job boards, with agencies etc.
\nAs necessary undertake direct sourcing activities to identify active and passive candidates to include internal database search, searching of job boards, utilizing social media (LinkedIn, etc) attending recruitment events, career fairs, encouraging referrals, etc
\nAdvise on suitability for recruitment and support offer process with candidates\/agencies. Ensure regular reporting of pipeline\/ recruitment activity, including metrics, to the appropriate stakeholders in the business and HR Operations.
\nMaintain up to date knowledge of relevant employment law, search and selection skills and techniques and make recommendations for updates in recruitment policies and procedures as necessary;
\nDevelop, create and work with line managers\/HR Operations to systematically follow all processes and procedures associated with the recruitment process;
\nWork with HR BPs to build a pipeline of internal candidates for future roles<\/p>\n

Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

BA\/ BSc degree, preferably with emphasis in Humanities, HR or Business Administration.
\nIdeally generalist HR experience with a minimum of 3 years recruitment experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry;
\nExperience as an in-house Recruiter is preferred or within a technical environment
\nSolid and proven experience in internal\/ external search and \/ agency recruiting within the Oil & Gas industry will be considered
\nDemonstrated experience in building candidate pipelines through direct sourcing
\nDemonstrated skills and experience in working with all levels of company management to manage life cycle recruiting for companies
\nSignificant experience with candidate screening, interviewing and managing the offer process.
\nStrong experience with Professional \/ Social Media\/ Job boards, the utilization of company referral programs and networking to achieve recruiting results.
\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Applicant Tracking systems, and HRIS systems highly desirable.
\nAn experience of running and managing recruitment campaigns including advertising writing & design Knowledge of various assessment tools; psychometric testing, case study & presentation assessments etc.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
