\nLocation: Accra<\/p>\n
\nThis will involve dealing with both verbal and written communication with customers and authorized third parties on aspects relating to debt recovery activities on their loans.<\/p>\n
\nMeet or exceed agreed Business Development and Growth targets with respect to Portfolio quality, Client retention, Mobilization
\nFollow up on arrears and delinquent loans
\nTimely submission of cash and relevant documentation
\nEnsure timely reporting to management in line with laid down procedures and reporting Formats
\nTimely reconciliation of cash collected in line with company procedure
\nDelivery of excellent customer service by ensuring:
\nThat complaints are addressed within 24 hours or escalated as required
\nResolution of queries within 24 hours
\nCommunicating customer needs to management in a timely manner to aid service development and improvement
\nCovering for other officers as required
\nRespond to customer\u2019s queries by carrying out necessary investigations to resolve them within a minimum of time
\nAssist management team to identify control weaknesses and recommend remedial action as best practice as appropriate
\nVisits customers to request payment on delinquent accounts<\/p>\n
\nMinimum of 1 year experience in unsecured loan collection (micro loans, group loans, small business loans, payday loans)
\nExperience in recovery via telephone communication<\/p>\n
\nAbility to use own initiative and work as an effective team member
\nProblem analysis and solving with attention to detail
\nIT aptitude and the ability to learn (Ms. Excel is a must)
\nAbility to calmly but firmly deal with customers.
\nThe ability to deliver pragmatic, tactical solutions \u2013 quickly & cost-effectively
\nAbility to handle difficult defaulters
\nFlexibility and the ability to remain calm under pressure
\nA passionate \u201ccan do\u201d attitude<\/p>\n
