\nHighlights and escalates any credit failures to identify ways of improving the credit approval process.
\nEnsures remedial action is taken when required to keep performance in line with business objectives.
\nPerform administrative work or other job functions related to collections and recoveries.
\nMonitor accounts daily and effectively utilize Bayport\u2019s collections systems in line with approved collections strategy.
\nMonitor all vehicles and present monthly vehicle monitoring reports.
\nEnsure quality of Car Title loan portfolio through effective portfolio management and monitoring
\nAny other duties assigned to you by management<\/p>\n
\nOver 3 years\u2019 experience in running collection, specifically with unsecured lending
\nStrong self-motivation, with ability to work independently and under pressure<\/p>\n
\nMust be able to meet target on scheduled time
\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
\nMust be willing to travel to customer sites
\nMust be highly assertive<\/p>\n
