\n\u2022 Knowledge in Autocad & other design softwares and must be a computer literate in Technical packages
\n\u2022 Knowledge in Public health design, cold & hot water supply, soil & waste water, pump sizing, septic and water tank sizing, as well as firefighting design
\n\u2022 Practical knowledge of HVAC systems design, duct sizing and fresh air caks
\n\u2022 Experience in contracts management, materials management and scheduling
\n\u2022 Experience in Quality control, testing and inspection
\n\u2022 member of GhIE (corporate membership achieved of final stages of obtaining) Practical Skills
\n\u2022 Working knowledge in CIBSE codes and ASHRAE codes and preparation of design proposals and design reports
\n\u2022 Design and supervision of low, medium and hign voltage systems for commercial residential, industrial and medical facilities
\n\u2022 Design and supervision of low current engineering applications such as Fire detention, Alarms, IT\/Data systems, CCTV and introduction of alarm systems and structured cabling
\n\u2022 Preparation of project cost data such as BoQ material schedule, equipment list and specification sheets<\/p>\n
