\nHave taught for at least 10 years and been a deputy or principal for at least three years, some of which should have been in an international school, or one following the UK curriculum
\nBe a good team leader with good interpersonal relations
\nHave excellent communication and teaching skills
\nHave the skills to motivate and engage staff, students and parents
\nBe willing to work long hours under stressful conditions
\nBe willing to take part in extra-curricular activities
\nPossess appropriate ICT skills<\/p>\n
