\nLead annual Marketing Business Plans for the company to identify growth opportunities;
\nFormulate the strategic direction for the stout portfolio;
\nArticulate the brand annual operation plan
\nDrive successful execution and delivering to the aligned KPIs.<\/p>\n
\nMinimum of 5 years\u2019 experience in blue chip multinational FMCGs in both marketing & Sales roles with involvement in broad commercial issues.
\nDemonstrable experience in the development and execution of outstanding marketing programs based on consumer insights.
\nDemonstrable experience in the development and introduction of new products and marketing opportunities and brand repositioning.
\nMulti-cultural exposure.
