\nShape and translate the company\u2019s 5-year mainstream spirit ambition into executable plans
\nImplement growth plans for the company\u2019s mainstream spirits agenda,
\nLead roles in expanding sales for current brands and also leading the launch of new brands and product categories.
\nLead efforts to enable the company to export mainstream spirits to other countries in West Africa
\nSupport efforts to establish local production of various brands and product categories
\nDefine and implement the models for trade partnerships
\nLead and manage people for success to ensure mainstream spirits capability and experience is embedded<\/p>\n
\nAt least 10 years\u2019 experience in marketing\/commercial \/ sales with at least 5 years in a senior commercial\/ Sales\/ marketing roles
\nStrong experience and knowledge of commercial, sales, marketing and\/or mainstream spirits industry in the West African markets
\nProven ability to generate insights from data sources and deliver exceptional business results
\nPeople management experience
