\n\u2022 Support to handle recruiting and training of local employees
\n\u2022 Take responsibilities for staffing e.g. probation talking, contract renewal, warning, salary\u00a0reviewing,contract termination etc
\n\u2022 Ensure personnel and other HR data is gathered, maintained and reported
\n\u2022 Take responsibilities for SSNIT, Broad-view and Tax payment
\n\u2022 Assist in handling labour relations administration like work permit application and renewal
\n\u2022 Provide administrative support as required<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources or related field
\n\u2022 At least one year experience in HR or related role
\n\u2022 Female under 32 years old
\n\u2022 Proficient in office, word, excel, and powerpoint
\n\u2022 Good written and spoken English
\n\u2022 Familiar with standard company process\/practice and labor laws
\n\u2022 No criminal record<\/p>\n
