\ndirecting the formulation of Corporate and Business strategies and provide oversight for their execution and monitor quality standards across the subsidiaries.<\/p>\n
\nCollaborate with the five subsidiaries to execute high journalistic standards, practices and policies to ensure all produced content is accurate, robust, differentiated and best of breed
\nMonitor editorial quality and operational metrics for efficient enforcement and monitoring
\nAssist with the development of the integration of editorial offerings within the production processes
\nWork with Group Head Institutional Renewal and Group Head HR, facilitate editorial and management training, orientation and coaching facilitation for content, engineering and other support teams for quality broadcast and world class content and operational standards
\nLiaise with internal and external stakeholders to supervise, monitor and review the execution of standards<\/p>\n
\nA minimum of Five (5) years of experience in General Management or other similar position.
\nProfessional Certification in Management or Management related courses such as CIM, IHRMP, CIPD will be an added advantage
\nExcellent leadership, negotiating, influencing and good presentation skills.
\nMust be proficient in the use of MS Office suite \u2013 Word, Excel & PowerPoint<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
