\ncompany. (S)he will also manage the administrative, technical, program, and sales aspects of all the stations and
\nmaintain the work environment, personality, and financial viability of the business<\/p>\n
\nProvide leadership, management and oversight responsibility to the Heads of Stations to maximize efficiencies and to ensure key objectives are met in terms of output, audience and revenue.
\nEstablish, maintain, and review programming goals and services in line with the company’s mission and goals.
\nOversee technical broadcast operations, and program content, delivery, format, and schedule.Ensure the station complies with laws, regulations and industry codes governing radio broadcasting.
\nWork with the Heads of Stations to set targets for all staff, identify training needs and submit to the Human Resource Department for the necessary action.<\/p>\n
\nMinimum of ten (10) years relevant experience in Brands Management with at least five (5) years supervisory experience preferably in Media.
