A reputable ICT company is looking to employ Enterprise Sales Account Managers for its sales division<\/p>\n

Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n

Job Title: Enterprise Sales Account Managers<\/strong><\/p>\n

OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF JOB<\/strong><\/p>\n

This role is responsible for achieving sales and\/or profitability objective. Identify marketplace opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, proposing solutions, forecasting and closing sales. Engaging new clients, developing proposals, and managing of contract processes to meet
\nCompany\u2019s standard.<\/p>\n

RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n

Identifying and establishing contact with potential clients
\nResponding to sales inquiries from new and existing customers.
\nMeet and exceed monthly sales targets and goals.
\nPrepare and present proposals to corporate decision makers, build interactive components for all renewal and new business proposals, build interactive presentations that outline product features, and benefits
\nBuild solid pipelines and provide accurate sales forecast
\nInitiates sales process by prospecting, scheduling appointments, making initial presentation, and developing proposals.<\/p>\n

Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

A highly innovative, proactive individual, who is able to handle varied tasks and has the ability to communicate complicated technical issues.<\/p>\n

Should have<\/strong><\/p>\n

Must have prior sales \/ marketing experience working with an ISP\/ICT related company
\nWorking knowledge of corporate institutions in Ghana
\nPrior experience in a sales role with a proven track record of sales achievement
\nHave strong skills in proposal formulation, report writing, presentation and negotiation skills
\nAbility to speak French is an added advantage.<\/p>\n

QUALIFICATIONS:<\/strong><\/p>\n

A good first degree\/HND in Marketing\/ Sales or equivalent Professional qualification
\nWith a minimum of 3 years working experience in a related field.<\/p>\n

COMPUTER SKILLS:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Strong background in MS office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)<\/p>\n

DISPOSITION:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Have excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
\nBe a team player and target driven
\nShow initiative and be able to work under pressure
\nAbility to liaise with Senior level Corporate Executives
\nGood analytical and problem solving skills
\nTarget driven individual, fast learner and ability to adapt to changes
\nAbility to work under little or no supervision and under pressure
\nSelf-motivated and flexible to work with negligible supervision<\/p>\n
