\nResponsible for providing financial, administrative and secretarial support to the Ghana Country programme, ensuring that policies, procedures and minimum standards of accounting and administration are complied with.<\/p>\n
\nProcess payments
\nMaintain petty cash fund
\nMaintain cash and bankbooks
\nPrepare monthly bank reconciliations
\nParticipate in the preparation of monthly cash forecasts and financial reports
\nAdministration<\/p>\n
\nFacilitate travel arrangements
\nOffice management,
\nManage incoming and outgoing correspondence,
\nProvide secretarial support to the Country Director
\nManage the front desk
\nProvide support for procurement of goods and services<\/p>\n
\nAt least two years practical experience in finance & office administration
\nGood communication skills both written and verbal
\nGood interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
\nComputer literacy
\nAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines
\nMust be responsible, proactive, organised and accurate
\nDesirable:<\/p>\n
