\n\u2022 Oversee the day to day administration and management of the Bank
\n\u2022 Draw up strategies and plans to ensure compliance with the regulatory laws, regulations and directives of Bank of Ghana, ARB Apex Bank Limited and other regulatory bodies.
\n\u2022 Prepare periodic and prescribed reports for the attention of the Board
\n\u2022 Ensure that the Banks Books of Accounts are properly maintained
\n\u2022 Put in place internal controls to minimize fraud and acts of malfeasance
\n\u2022 Protect and ensure security of the Assets of the Bank
\n\u2022 Ensure the effective and continuous communication of the company\u2019s vision to all levels of staff and attainment of defined objectives stemming from the company\u2019s vision
\n\u2022 Supervise all operational activities of the various divisions or departments of the Bank and ensure attainment of set goals and targets as periodically captured in\u00a0the banks strategic plans
\n\u2022 Any other function assigned by the Board of Directors<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Well trained and focused staff<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Regulatory compliance<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Post graduate qualifications or appropriate professional qualification, would be an added advantage
\nIn all cases, strong banking background or experience in rural banking environment would be added advantage<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Knowledge of Ms Word, Excel and with good presentations skills
\n\u2022 Five years experience in management reporting, budgeting forecasting and variance analysis
