We are currently seeking Office Manager to be based in the Tamale Office for a USAID-funded project. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:<\/p>\n

Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n

Job Title:\u00a0Office Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n

Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Keep track of updates to procurement processes and implement all new and improved administrative procedures in line with good procurement processes
\n\u2022 Procure equipment and services as requested
\n\u2022 Request quotes or bids in accordance procurement policies and procedures
\n\u2022 Develop and maintain a monthly procurement plan
\n\u2022 Develop and maintain a list of vendors and update the vendors source list annually to ensure competitive prices and offers
\n\u2022 Prepare and finalize requisition forms and documentation for approval
\n\u2022 Prepare and finalize purchase orders or contracts for goods and services and other associated documentation necessary for review and approval by the supervisor
\n\u2022 Ensure appropriate policies and procedures are applied within the scope of responsibilities
\n\u2022 Maintain office inventory list and regularly update it with any new equipment
\n\u2022 Provide office administrative, accounting and logistical support
\n\u2022 Manage vehicle movements
\n\u2022 Assist in organization of workshops, meetings and conferences including preparing and organizing invitations, confirmations, scheduling and preparing logistics
\n\u2022 Reviews drivers maintenance records and log books to ensure that proper records are maintained for office vehicles
\n\u2022 Maintain electronic and hard-copy of all procurement documentation<\/p>\n

Qualification Required & Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 You possess a degree in management or related field
\n\u2022 5 years work experience, experience in an international setting or NGO a plus, notable experience in administration a must
\n\u2022 Experience working on agricultural projects funded by donors, particularly USAID will be an added advantage<\/p>\n

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Computer literate, excel, Microsoft word, internet
\n\u2022 Professionalism: able to exercise sound judgment, pay great attention to detail, work well in a team, culturally sensitive, demonstrate appreciation for different cultures and practices, project a positive image, self-motivated and able to recommend options for resolution of issues, good organizational skills, possess utmost\u00a0discretion, and professionalism
\n\u2022 Ability to work with minimal guidance and manage priorities and workflow
\n\u2022 Ability to work under tight deadlines with changing priorities
\n\u2022 Ability to be a team player
