{"id":26125,"date":"2017-09-08T11:15:03","date_gmt":"2017-09-08T11:15:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=26125"},"modified":"2017-09-08T11:15:03","modified_gmt":"2017-09-08T11:15:03","slug":"iflix-careers-ghana-2017","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/iflix-careers-ghana-2017.html","title":{"rendered":"iflix Careers Ghana 2017"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>You will manage iflix Ghana\u2019s social media channels, creating compelling stories and content that will engage iflix followers and potential followers online.\u00a0 You are the connection point between the external marketing message and the product development process, with the mission to creating seamless customer journeys.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Social Media Executive<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>WE LIKE TO LOOK BEYOND JOB DESCRIPTIONS BUT THESE ARE THE KIND OF THINGS THAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO BE INVOLVED WITH\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Building and executing social media strategy through competitive and audience research; Development of brand awareness and online reputation;<\/li>\n<li>Content management: Generating and sharing content daily that builds meaningful connections;<\/li>\n<li>Setting up and optimizing company pages within each social media platform;<\/li>\n<li>SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffic to increase the visibility of company\u2019s social content;<\/li>\n<li>Optimising company pages within each social media platform;<\/li>\n<li>Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information;<\/li>\n<li>Adhering and adapting social media strategy\/engagements to global brand guidelines and messaging frameworks;<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating with internal Graphic Design\/Creative teams and preparing briefs;<\/li>\n<li>Perform any other tasks as designated by the Marketing Manager West Africa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>WE WANT YOU IF;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1-3\u00a0years\u2019 experience\u00a0in Social Media<\/li>\n<li>Experience of utilising social media tools in a professional environment;<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to create and execute social media engagement plans;<\/li>\n<li>Proven excellence in creative copywriting, editing &amp; proofreading; English and local language(s);<\/li>\n<li>Brilliant communication skills and ability to collaborate with a wide variety of colleagues;<\/li>\n<li>Take direction well but also be brave enough to push boundaries to get iflix\u2019s brand the attention it deserves;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to strategize and execute at the same time using resources available;<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate the desire and initiative to continue learning new and relevant product and technical information as iflix evolves into a force to be reckoned with.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you want to be part of something huge, WE WANT YOU!
