\n\u2022 Monitors the implementation of sanctions for non-compliance.
\n\u2022 Facilitates the conduct of training and education of Service Providers, Employers and other stakeholders.
\n\u2022 Collects data for the development and maintenance of the database of the Directorate.
\n\u2022 Keeps track and analyses reports submitted by Service Providers.
\n\u2022 Collects and analyses data the preparation of operational work plans for the Directorate.
\n\u2022 Collects and analyses data for the preparation of budgets for the Standards and Compliance Directorate.
\n\u2022 Collects and analyses data for preparation of annual and other periodic reports of the Standards and Compliance Directorate.
\n\u2022 Collaborates with other Directorates and stakeholders on Standards and Compliance issues.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 A member of the Actuarial Society of Ghana.
\n\u2022 Must have at least one (1) year of post National Service experience.
\n\u2022 Adequate knowledge and experience in Standards and Compliance issues relating to pensions administration.
\n\u2022 Computer proficiency skills.
\n\u2022 Good Interpersonal Relations and Communication Skills.
\n\u2022 Good Written and Oral Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
\n\u2022 Strong Ethical and Moral Values.
