Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n Job Title:\u00a0Construction Project Manager\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Lincoln Community School seeks to appoint a Construction Project Manager to oversee the development and construction of a new facility that is part of the Company\u2019s master plan. The Project Manager would have oversight of all aspects of the project including legal requirements, bid processes, supply chain management, communication program and the actual construction project through to completion.<\/p>\n Qualification Required & Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Degree in architecture, structural engineering or a related field. \n\u2022 A member in good standing of the Ghana Association of Engineers<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Professional certificate as architect or engineer (and\/or be a member in good standing of the Ghana Association of Engineers).
\n\u2022 Experience with project finance and economics.
\n\u2022 Experience with procurement and negotiations.
\n\u2022 Proficient in Autocad (or comparable design software), Microsoft Schedule and appropriate cost control\/tracking software.
\n\u2022 Experience of working in an International Environment<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Experience with working in a multi -cultural environment.
